Villar, Sánchez y Poindexter, S.A. (VSP Consultores Legales) is the controller of the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Law 172-13 on Personal Data Protection of the Dominican Republic.
Data we collect
Only what you voluntarily provide through the consultation form or by email: name, company, email address, telephone and the description of your matter. The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools that identify the user.
Purpose
To answer your inquiry, evaluate a possible engagement and, with your permission, send you the firm's publications. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. The form is processed through an email delivery provider acting as processor.
Retention
We keep the data of inquiries that do not lead to an engagement for a maximum of twelve months. Client data is kept for the duration of the professional relationship and the statutory file retention periods.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection by writing to Info@VSP.com.do.
Security and confidentiality
Client information is further protected by attorney client privilege. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
